Common Core Assessment Workbooks

For the past two years I have been using the resources from the First Grade Common Core Workbook to supplement my teaching.  I love using the pages during Daily 5 in each of my centers.  The wonderful people behind this workbook have now come up with Common Core Assessment Workbooks for grades K-5 to accompany the original workbooks.

I know how hard it can be to find resources that are to the point and really get in to the meat and potatoes of the CCSS, especially when it comes to assessing the standards.  After downloading the free sample of the first grade assessment workbook, I am convinced that this is the go to resource for assessing what my students have learned when we target specific standards.  The pages are marked with the standard that is being assessed and are easy for students to use.  Teachers will be happy to use the answer key to make it easier to score the assessments. You will absolutely love the progress reports that are provided, which can be used as a teaching tool and checklist for what has been assessed and what students may need additional instruction in so they can master the standards.
